View breakdownI'm back with my apartment series, and this time we'll be focusing on my dining area. Initially I wanted to make it a breakfast nook with a bench, but I couldn't find one that fit the space properly, so I settled for regular dining chairs. While my partner was building the dining table and I was cleaning, someone knocked on the door for a special delivery. And yes, I cried, because I just love this man so much — these flowers are absolutely gorgeous.
Back to assembling the furniture. He finished building this extendable dining table that I bought from the TikTok shop. It comes in three different sizes: the long one, the medium one, and the round one. I originally wanted a round table, but since we moved away from home, we needed enough space for family and friends to stay over when they visit, so this table is perfect. I got this circular rug from Amazon, and the dining chairs are also from the TikTok shop.
I put everything together and started decorating the dining table. This floor lamp was originally purchased for the living room, but after assembling it I realized it would look much better in the corner next to the dining table. Overall I'm really happy with how my dining area turned out. Stay tuned for the last part of this apartment series, where I'll show you my living room.

The woman in light gray loungewear and hair cap mops the floor, then the video shows the empty dining space, the man assembling table parts, the woman mopping again, and finally a close-up of a bouquet of flowers with a love note.

The man finishes assembling the extendable dining table and demonstrates different size adjustments. The woman removes the middle extension board to turn the long table into a round one, lays a circular rug and dances on it, then they move the round table onto the rug together.

The woman arranges dining chairs, then assembles a floor lamp, places a lucky bamboo vase and a candle on the dining table, and finally turns on the floor lamp to showcase the completed cozy dining space.
